Licences and refunds
Apps bought here are perpetual licences with fourteen-day refunds. Apps bought on the Mac App Store are Apple's to refund, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Lost your key?
Write from the address you bought with and we will resend it. There is no account to recover.
Reporting a security issue
Mail the same address with “security” in the subject and we will reply the same day.
