Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds on direct purchases

If you buy an app directly from this site and it is not what you wanted, write to us within fourteen days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the request.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, which is usually five to ten working days.

To start one, mail appverz94@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or include the order reference.

Purchases made through the Mac App Store

Apps bought from the Mac App Store are sold by Apple, and only Apple can refund them. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com — we have no ability to process or expedite it.

Cancellation

Our apps are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is nothing recurring to cancel and no renewal will ever be charged.

An order can be cancelled before it is delivered by writing to us. Because delivery is instant, in practice this means a refund rather than a cancellation.

Free apps and previews

Apps offered free, and preview builds sent by email, cost nothing, so no refund arises. Stop using them at any time by deleting them.

When we may decline

• Requests made more than fourteen days after a direct purchase.
• Licence keys that have been shared publicly or resold.
• Repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same app.

Nothing in this policy takes away a statutory right you have as a consumer under applicable law.
