AppVerz / Terms
Terms & Conditions
Last updated 2026-09-12
These terms cover the use of appverz.com and the software sold on it. Buying an app grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of it, and the software is provided as it is.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by AppVerz ("we", "us"). The address for every notice, question or complaint under these terms is appverz94@gmail.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Using the site
You may read, download and use anything published here for your own purposes. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, resell access to it, or present it as your own work.
We may change, move or withdraw any page without notice. We try not to break links that other people rely on, but we cannot promise a URL lasts forever.
Licences to the software
Buying an app grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on any computer you own or control, for personal or internal business use. The software is licensed, not sold: we keep all intellectual property in it.
You may not redistribute, resell, rent or sub-licence the software, remove its notices, or reverse-engineer it, except where that restriction cannot be enforced under applicable law.
Apps bought through the Mac App Store are additionally covered by Apple's licence terms, which you accept at the time of purchase.
What a purchase includes
- A perpetual licence to the version you bought — it keeps working, with no subscription to keep alive.
- Twelve months of updates from the date of purchase, after which the app carries on working at the last version you were entitled to.
- Support by email for as long as the app is sold.
Unless we say otherwise at the point of sale, a purchase does not entitle you to future major versions.
Third-party components
Our apps include and call third-party components under their own licences, listed in each app's documentation. Nothing in these terms narrows the rights those licences grant you in respect of those components.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an app is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or other indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Keep your own backups. No software is a substitute for them, and ours is not either.
Ending the licence
You may stop using an app at any time by deleting it. We may end a licence if it is used in breach of these terms — for instance if the software is redistributed or a licence key is published — and where that happens for a paid app we will refund the unused portion at our discretion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the products change. The date at the top is the version in force, and continuing to use the site or the software after a change means you accept the current version.
