Write about supportTell us the app, its version, your macOS version and what happened. That is usually enough to reproduce it on the first try.
Billing, refunds and licence keys
Write about billingWrite from the address you bought with, or quote the order reference. Refunds are handled under the refund policy.
Press and partnerships
Write about pressSay what you are working on and when you need it by.
Security reports
Write about securityPut “security” in the subject and we will reply the same day.
When you will hear back
Within two working days, and usually the same one. If a reply has not arrived, check the spam folder before assuming we ignored you — then write again, because occasionally we did miss it.
Where we are
AppVerz is a small software studio based in India, working remotely. Everything is handled by email, so there is no office to visit.
