Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is software. Digital delivery, instant — there is nothing physical to ship, and no delivery charge ever applies.
How delivery works
Buy directly from us and the download link and licence key appear on screen as soon as payment clears, and are sent to the email address on the order at the same time. There is no waiting period.
Apps obtained through the Mac App Store are delivered by Apple, and download straight to your Mac once Apple confirms the purchase.
Preview builds are sent by email, by hand, usually the same day you ask for one.
Delivery charges
None. Digital goods carry no shipping cost, and nothing is added at checkout for delivery.
Where we deliver
Everywhere. Software is delivered over the internet, so there is no country we cannot reach and no customs to clear.
If it does not arrive
Check the spam folder first — automated mail carrying a licence key is a common casualty. If it is not there, write to us and we will resend it by hand.
