WealthTicker

Screen Indian mutual funds by the numbers that matter.

An independent, AI-powered mutual fund screener for India. Every return, risk and rating figure is computed from public AMFI NAV history — nothing is supplied by a fund house. All of it is free.

What it does

Our role: product design, data pipeline and full-stack engineering.

  • Ask in plain English

Describe the funds you want — “safe large cap funds with low fees” — and the AI turns it into a screen. ⌘K opens search from anywhere.

  • Screener

Filter 14,056+ schemes by category, returns and risk, then sort on any metric. Every column is explained in the methodology.

  • Terminal

A dense analysis workspace for people who want every number on one screen: NAV history, rolling returns, drawdowns, expense ratios.

  • Compare

Overlay funds side by side and watch ₹100 grow across each one, with the same metrics lined up for an honest read.

  • Backtest, don’t guess

Run a historical SIP or lumpsum against real NAV data and see the XIRR you would actually have earned.

  • 88 calculators

SIP, lumpsum and SWP planners, step-up SIP, XIRR, income tax and a risk profiler — each linked back into the screener.

  • Portfolio and watchlist

Track what you hold, watch what you’re considering, and get the same metrics on both.

  • Fund houses, managers and categories

Category monitor, fund-house pages and manager profiles so a number always has a story behind it.

How it’s built

  • Scheme list and daily NAV history from AMFI, the industry body’s own publication, via mfapi.in
  • AUM and expense-ratio disclosures from AMFI; NAVs refresh daily, every derived metric refreshes hourly
  • Every rating is computed in the open — the methodology page shows how each figure is derived
  • Dark and light themes, keyboard-first search, accounts for portfolio and watchlist sync
